Publically Accessible Servers
The Voice Conference Manager runs on publically-accessible servers. In particular, the current release was run and tested on publically-accessible development servers provided by Voxeo.

Private Servers
A branch of this software package is available that takes advantage of the free Prophecy 2006 server from Voxeo. That branch uses PHP and Java servlets, all running on the P2006 server, and needs no other software packages to run. You can find the Prophecy server at Voxeo, with further information available from the Prophecy 2006 Developer Site.
