The Voice Conference Manager project releases its files via Sourceforge. The files may be found at the Project Summary Page on Sourceforge.
Installation
Installation of the Prophecy package is pretty straightforward: it's simply drag and drop of folders into the correct locations in the Voxeo Prophecy file hierarchy. The regular vcm package is a bit more difficult but still straightforward.
All packages include installation instructions.
